General
Where are you located?+
RZY MIX is based in Indianapolis, IN. Services are available locally and virtually (for consulting and marketing).
How do I book a service?+
You can submit a service request using the form on the homepage, or email rosalinemarie21@gmail.com directly. I typically respond within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer consultations?+
Yes! Initial consultations for beverage, operations, and event services are available. Use the booking form on the homepage to get started.
Cake Orders
How far in advance should I order a cake?+
I recommend placing orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For large wedding or multi-tier cakes, 4–6 weeks is preferred.
What sizes do you offer?+
Cakes are available in 6", 8", 10", and 12" single tiers, as well as 2-tier and 3-tier options. Custom sizes may be accommodated upon request.
Do you deliver?+
Delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of Indianapolis for a $10 delivery fee. Beyond 15 miles, pickup is required.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?+
I do my best to accommodate allergen information listed on your order. Please include all allergies in the order form. Note that my kitchen is not dedicated allergy-free.
Do you require a deposit?+
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your cake order. Details will be provided after your submission is reviewed.
Cake Decorating Classes
How many people can attend a class?+
Classes are intimate — 1 or 2 participants per session. This allows for personalized instruction and a relaxed experience.
What will I make in the class?+
You'll decorate a real cake with buttercream using various techniques depending on your experience level. Beginners will cover the basics; intermediate students can explore textures, florals, and more.
What materials do I need to bring?+
Nothing! All materials, tools, cake, and buttercream are provided. Just show up ready to get creative.
How long is a class?+
Classes typically run 2.5 to 3 hours.
Do I leave with my cake?+
Yes! You take home the cake you decorated, along with any tips and recipes shared during class.

I work with bars, restaurants, hotels, pop-ups, event spaces, and entrepreneurs launching new beverage concepts.
Can you help with a non-alcoholic menu?+
Absolutely. I specialize in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (zero-proof) beverage development and menus.
Do you offer ongoing support after the initial consultation?+
Yes, retainer arrangements for ongoing consulting and management are available. Reach out to discuss your needs.
